Role overview
Key responsibilities:
Finance
- Maintain petty cash, post transactions on SAP and keep accurate records
- Receive cash from customer service agents and deposit into bank
- Provide customer service agents with a cash float
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and confirm receipt of goods and services on SAP
- Scan invoices and send to shared portal, ensuring payments are made on time
- Follow up POs on a daily basis to ensure compliance at month-end
- Process offline payments, bank payments and statutory payments
- Carry out other bank reconciliationsÂ
Office Support
- Ensure that there are adequate supplies of stationery in stock
- Assist the office manager with records management and administration
- Support the office manager on premises maintenance
- Provide support to the office manager in updating the contract register and the office inventoriesÂ
Administration
- Provide support on procurement/logistics as directed
- Provide support on administrative documentation as directed
- Provide support to international staff on arrival in Sierra Leone
