This role is responsible to provide administrative and office support to colleagues across our office in Sierra Leone, ensuring that corporate standards are met.

Role overview

Key responsibilities:


  • Maintain petty cash, post transactions on SAP and keep accurate records
  • Receive cash from customer service agents and deposit into bank
  • Provide customer service agents with a cash float
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and confirm receipt of goods and services on SAP
  • Scan invoices and send to shared portal, ensuring payments are made on time
  • Follow up POs on a daily basis to ensure compliance at month-end
  • Process offline payments, bank payments and statutory payments
  • Carry out other bank reconciliations 

Office Support

  • Ensure that there are adequate supplies of stationery in stock
  • Assist the office manager with records management and administration
  • Support the office manager on premises maintenance
  • Provide support to the office manager in updating the contract register and the office inventories 


  • Provide support on procurement/logistics as directed
  • Provide support on administrative documentation as directed
  • Provide support to international staff on arrival in Sierra Leone
